Frequently Asked Questions

What types of corporate events can you photograph? Do you photograph large corporate events?

We photograph all types of corporate events, from small lunches right through to 2000+ person conferences spread over several days and venues.

Let us know the specific details of your event and we’ll tailor a quote to your requirements.

We’re experienced in photographing conferences, expos, trade fairs, forums, awards nights, festivals, community events, charity fundraisers, staff parties and everything else in between!

Do you only photograph corporate events?

We photograph corporate events on a regular basis but are happy to work with clients on all their photography projects.

Many of our clients retain us as regular photographers for use across many areas of their business once they see the corporate event photos that we have shot for them.

Do you travel outside of Melbourne to photograph corporate events?

We’re based in Melbourne but are happy to travel in order to photograph events right across Australia.

Do you have a minimum booking period for corporate event photography?

Yes, we have a minimum booking period of 2 hours.

Is my chosen venue too dark to photograph in?

No!  We have worked in all manner of places and dark venues so we’re used to looking for the available light, using flash and somehow making things work.

We’ve got the equipment, know-how and the drive to get the shots you need!

Do you have a particular style of corporate event photography?

Our preferred and usually most popular style of event photography has a natural and relaxed feel, where your photographer shoots on a long lens and is able to maintain a distance from the subjects, allowing guests to relax and be themselves.  It’s unobtrusive and is a great way of capturing some candid moments and genuine interactions or responses.

We will ensure that our photography style suits your event, so for example if you have a media wall, we’ll happily organise guests in front of it for posed shots.

You’re the client – just let us know what you would like!

What happens after the event. How do we see the event photos?

Following the event, and usually within 24-48 hours we will deliver your hi resolution images via Dropbox.

You may also like us to supply a password protected gallery to enable your clients to view the images. No problem, just ask!

How much does it cost to hire a corporate event photographer?

Our corporate event photography prices are approximately $400ph, depending on the length of the booking.  View our full range of Melbourne photography prices.

What will you photograph at my corporate event?

To us, it’s usually very obvious which aspects of an event need to be photographed ie. wide shots of the venue, detail shots of food, logos and branding, speakers on stage, posed shots of key participants, award winners, networking images etc.

Although we know the images to capture for maximum exposure and value, we also like to receive a brief or shot list to ensure that we photograph all the key moments, guests and details that you’re expecting to see.

Reliable Education

It was great to work with Australia's Mr Amazon recently (no, not Jeff Bezos, the other one!) at the recent Reliable Education summit in Melbourne. With nearly 1000 delegates in attendance, it was a busy 3 day conference and certainly gave everyone much food for thought (and hopefully action!). Although Amazon is a relatively [...]
