The day prior to the Australian Open tournament starting, Crown Melbourne host a party for the players represented by IMG.

I’m sure they’d rather be stretching, resting or generally preparing themselves for a fortnight of tennis, but every year they turn up and give us their biggest smiles. Maybe it’s just the good feeling that Melbourne events generate?! Whatever the reason, the smiles are always good for the event photographers in attendance.

And, Ricky Ponting? Well, he just seems to pop up everywhere nowadays!
