With hundreds of large events under our belts we know what needs to be done and only require minimal guidance.

Our event photographers are used to working alone but if you prefer to accompany us when on site that’s absolutely fine with us. Collaboration and client input is always welcome!

It depends on the size of the floor and whether things are running concurrently. For a single-hall expo with one stage, one photographer usually covers it well. Once you have multiple halls, simultaneous sessions, or specific exhibitor stands that need individual coverage, a second photographer makes a significant difference. We’ll recommend the right number once we understand your brief and floor plan.

Yes — and it’s one of the most valuable things we do at expos. Stand photography gives exhibitors content they can use immediately on social media while the event is still running, and organisers a complete record of the exhibition floor. We can cover this as part of the overall event brief or quote it as a standalone service for individual exhibitors.

For expos where same-day social content is a priority, we offer an expedited edit and delivery service so exhibitors and organisers can post during the event. Let us know upfront if this is important and we’ll build it into the workflow.

Yes — MCEC is one of our most regularly photographed venues. We’re also experienced at Crown Conference Centre, Royal Exhibition Building, Pullman Melbourne, Hilton on the Park and other major Melbourne expo and conference venues.

The focus is different. Conference photography centres on speakers, panels and audience engagement. Expo photography is broader — stands, products, branding, floor atmosphere, exhibitor interactions and visitor engagement all need coverage. Many large events require both, and we can handle the full brief across a multi-day program.

Most expo briefs fall between $800–$1,800 for anything between a few hours and a half day booking depending on the floor size, number of photographers required and whether same-day delivery is needed.
