I love it when corporate clients choose an interesting location for an event to engage and entertain their guests.

Trust me, if you work in the marketing department of a bank or company that predominantly employs men in grey suits – this is what you should be doing for your next corporate event!

Forget the safe and easy option – this is the kind of thing that looks fantastic and your clients will talk about for ages afterwards.

Otherwise it could be, ‘Do you remember that dinner we had at {insert name of your usual fancy run-of-the-mill corporate dinner restaurant right here}?

The answer will probably be ‘No, I think.., Which time?’

Instead, it could be…

‘Do you remember the time we had dinner next to the rainforest at Melbourne Museum?’

‘Yes, I do!’ IBM were really great doing that for us – they really made that event memorable, especially when they illuminated the Royal Exhibition Buildings for us once it got dark!’

Well, that’s exactly what IBM did when they hosted dinner for a select group of clients at Melbourne Museum recently.  Being in the museum after dark is fun at the best of times (you’ve seen Night at the Museum, right?!), but add in some fine dining, wine pairing and some great speakers and you’re set for a great evening.
